Programme

Three days. One big leap.

The bootcamp takes you from idea to ESA BIC-ready pitch — covering space-tech context, business fundamentals, and application readiness.

Day 01 — 25 Aug Space-Tech & Market Context
  • Overview of space domains and commercial value pathways
  • Customer discovery fundamentals
  • ESA Space Connection Assessment tool
  • Motivational talk by an ESA BIC alum or current incubatee
  • Evening networking session
Day 02 — 26 Aug Business Foundations
  • Business model and value proposition development
  • Revenue logic, pricing basics, and sales cycles in the space sector
  • Intellectual property strategy
  • Mentor-led working sessions
  • Networking with ESA BIC Estonia portfolio companies
Day 03 — 27 Aug ESA BIC Readiness
  • Go-to-market fundamentals
  • Technology and business roadmap alignment
  • ESA BIC application logic and common pitfalls
  • Final pitch session with expert feedback

Eligibility

Are you ready to apply?

Selection is handled by the ESA BIC Estonia team based on space relevance, problem clarity, commercial potential, and team motivation.

Early-stage team or startup with a space-enabled or space-related concept
Individuals or teams of up to 3–4 members
Researchers, engineers, students, or first-time founders exploring commercialisation
Teams not yet ready for ESA BIC incubation — low business maturity is acceptable
No legal entity required at application stage
Strong motivation and commitment to participate for all three days

Selected teams (min. 8) receive all onboarding info for Pärnu.

Submit your application through Dealum. Minimum 8 teams will be selected for the 3-day bootcamp in Pärnu. Successful teams will be better positioned to apply for ESA BIC Estonia incubation.
